Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellations within 48 Hours:
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance.
- The remaining balance will be due on your rescheduled appointment date.
Same-Day Cancellations:
- If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance.
3. Sapphire Training Centre Appointments:
- Please note that different terms and conditions apply to Sapphire Training Centre bookings.
While I always strive to accommodate where possible, I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
